I am beyond impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness of PIC Plumbing. I reached out to PIC plumbing and was greeted by Blanca. When I expressed that I preferred to speak with a technician about my specific issue, she took my information and a plumber called me back within 3 minutes.The technician on the phone (I have forgotten his name but I believe he is the part-owner?) was very personable, knowledgeable, and so willing to help. He scheduled me for next-day service (I was making this initial call at 5pm on a Monday and I had an appointment for 12pm the following day!)The company uses a great text message feature/system that alerted me of my scheduled appointment as well as when the plumber was on the way to my house.The plumber, Josh, was 2 hours ahead of schedule and called me personally to see if the time was convenient to come early or if I'd like to keep my scheduled appointment time.I agreed for him to come early and my job was done within an hour.There are no hidden fees or gimmicks with this company. Having dealt with 4 other plumbing companies in SD, this team is honest, reputable, professional, and genuinely good people - turning the stereotype around for the bad reputation that plumbers can typically get.PIC Plumbing is my go-to company for all my plumbing needs for as long as i am in San Diego!Thanks, team!

Steven called me and told me he was on his way- showed up 10 minutes later. He set up paper where he was going to work, was methodical in his repair work- explained things to me in a language I could understand, and cleaned up after himself. He even repaired some jenky repair that the last plumber had made, without me knowing or asking (or paying for). He fixed my bathroom clog, and showed me the roots that were growing. Not just told me- I completely trust him and will refer him to everyone I know. Thank you Steven!

My normal plumber wasn’t able to come out soon enough, so I decided to give Almco a try. I was able to book online easily and got a call back within a few minutes. They were able to come when I needed them. Jorge even showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. My sink is fixed and I will use them again for sure.

Have to say they did a great job and fast. Didn't try to upsell or do more than was necessary. Decent value for the price.

Garbage disposal wasn't working. Filed a request for service online. Was contacted by email very soon after, gave me an estimate of cost and time. Very quick responses, showed up exactly when he said he would and I got texts to warn me he was on his way. He got the job done quickly. Cost was exactly what he said it would be. This company is one of the few that actually will go out of their way to help! I had a kitchen sink that had, as it turns out, multiple leaks. I called Carini after being turn down by several other companies as I Really needed service That Day. The friendly receptionist was able to send out a technician to assess the issue. He arrived at the START of my 2-hour window, and rapidly fixed my leaks by patching already-patched pipes . He also offered an estimate to Replace the bad pipes , which I agreed to as long as he could come back on my day off. He Trusted that I would accept and only accepted a very small deposit rather than charging for the entire repair! We he returned he again arrived within my window, replaced all the bad plumbing as agreed. He was very Clean and even took all of the old piping with him! I strongly recommend this company to anyone needing service fixed Right the first time!

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
