Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

We had Cass plumbing last week out to detect and repair water leaks in the yard. Jamieson, Jeremy, Raul and one other young guy(forgot his name) worked all day to fix the leaks under the house. They did excellent work. The tiles that had to be pulled did not even chip, and you would never know they were removed. We will definitely call them for any other issues in the future. Thank you for your great work.

These guys were absolutely great from scheduling to execution. We woke up in a panic because our water heater had been leaking from the bottom all night. We called that morning and they were at our door with a brand new water heater that afternoon. Julio, the technician, was super friendly and very attentive to the work that we wanted done. He upgraded all of our hardware up to current California code and the work was flawless. Prices on water heaters have definitely gone up in the last decade but their prices were super fair and the quality is top notch. I’ll definitely use them again.

After moving into our home, we were in desperate need of a new HVAC system. We found Carini at the home show in Del Mar. We met Will and he was awesome. Will came over a few days after the home show and he built us a system that would save us money in the long run. We wanted a ductless AC system and a split system that ran independently. We only wanted to cool the areas in our home that needed cooling. If our kids weren't home, it would only cool the living room, then only the master bedroom. I wanted a variable system that was quiet and saved money. Will made it happen by bidding us a system made by Fujitsu. The price was affordable and Thousands of dollars less than all the other bids we obtained for a standard HVAC system. WE highly recommend Carini Air conditioning. See pics we posted. Our installers, Jason and Mark were pros and we are completely happy with their work

Our Tech Sam Basave was on time and even put booties on to protect my floors. He inspected our system, washed our filter, reinstalled. Measure the heat from the vents. Very knowledgeable. Explained dampers and their efficiency. We are going to call to have installed. Informed us about our yearly program expiring, I activated another year. We also scheduled for air conditioning to be checked before August. Easy, fast and satisfied. I had a plumbing issue that I couldn't figure out on my own, so I called this company. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it in no time. The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I unfortunately had contact with Mr. O'Fenelon in 2008/9. Let the consumer beware. Be sure you get all agreements in writing in advance. If not, he will submit documents stating that an agreement for services was verbal.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
