I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. He was very thorough as to ensure proper installation and safety from any type of gas leak.Blaine was also easy to work with and has fair prices!

Zero star would be too much for this business. the worst customer service ever, had work order assigned to them by my home warranty, never called me, attempted endless calls no one answered , call another # was provided to me by home warranty the guy said im busy now and this my cell phone call the office or will have them call, after 10 days from the order , i missed a call from them, then the cycle started again , me calling them and no answer, so i reached to home warranty again, we called them, the lady who answered was extremely rude, wanted schedule a tec out in another 5 days.

Had a leak behind my refridgerator. Called Carmel Valley Plumbing and Jeff returned my call promptly. Despite his busy schedule, he came by in a few hours to assess the problem. He explained the issue thoroughly and was able to fix it. Jeff is professional and conscientious. I'd highly recommend Carmel Valley Plumbing!
