The plumber did a great job and knew exactly what to do to fix the clog. Also had the right tools to do it correctly. Not only did he fix but waited and tested it too. Would recommend for unclogging related tasks

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

He was great at what he does

I went to Easy Flow for a sewer drain inspection and they found 90% root intrusion at upwards of 10 points, they recommend the CIPP install. They did a tremendous job, were quick, much cheaper than other quotes I got, and were upfront and honest about pricing, the process, and even charged less upon completion because my pipes weren't as long as in the quote. Honest company. Would highly recommend.

Had a plumbing emergency and needed someone to come out same day to help fix some valves that had failed. They answered my call immediately and was able to rearrange their schedules to make sure I got the service I needed. Definitely call them if you are in need of a plumber. 10/10.

Brandon was super kind and did great work! I had called another plumber prior to Master Plumbing and the gentlemen that came out were in and out of my house in less than 10 mins yet gave me little information on the leak and source. Brandon came in and did a very thorough inspection notifying me of how and why the leak was happening and was very efficient. Their electrician came to find our water leak problem from our upstairs bathroom he opened up our family room ceiling to find an elbow with a pinhole leaking, not good. He was quick and efficient stopped the leak and replaced the pipe. Not what you want to deal with but our damage was kept at a minimum. Thank you so much!

Phenomenal work. I had multiple projects that needed to be done: replace bathtub drain, valve replacements, new water heater, and a few other things. After some negotiation over the estimate price, we reached an agreement. The work took, maybe, half a had to complete all of the projects. The tech that was sent to do the work were great with my kids, and took the time to answer the questions of my youngest. Again, just a phenomenal job.

Wow! When I say that this was hands down the best service I have received from a plumbing business, I mean it. The Drain Help crew came within 2 hours of my call; my wife and I recently moved into a new home in Encinitas and needed repairs for a clogged drain.. turns out we needed a whole system replaced and Ali really explained the process before and gave us a reasonably prices quote. This is the third time we have used this company and every time has been great. Jose Godinez helped me today with a dishwasher that was not draining; he immediately troubleshot the issue and isolated it to a build up of gunk, in the intake to the garbage disposal. I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing, so he could have told me it was a huge job, and I would have believed him. Instead he fixed the issue in under an hour and the service charge was reasonable. As an added plus he was pleasant and polite, which was no surprise since that's been our experience with the plumbers in this company.
