Arturo Garcia came to my fathers house on Thursday in the evening to fix a clogged drain and discovered that the sewer pipe going to the street had roots about 3 feet long clogging the entire system. He was able to remove the roots and clear the issue even though it was getting dark out. He was very nice professional and explained everything. Thank you Arturo. Travis another employee came the following morning with the fiber optic camera to check the plumbing all the way out to the street and make sure everything was clear. We have used Elite Rooter in the past and would highly recommend them

I was hesitant to call a plumber to check my clogged drain, but I did so and it turned out that my shower was leaking from the base of the shower. I called the company explained what I was looking for, Raul was the person that came out, provided a quote & I agreed for a complete new A/C & Furnace. After 6 six days of what was suppose to be a 3 day job, told me they needed an additional $5,300 for a repair to a line inside the wall, after I noticed a hissing sound in one of the bedrooms & pointed it out.When I disputed received a $1,200 to $1,800 quote but stated that does not cover the drywall only to cut my wall, repair line, did I say I was told this work doesn't come w/o a warranty.Tried to reach a Manager, no response yet. So I have a new system that does not work.Update: Never received a phone call from company. Attached are pics of how my wall was butchered which will cost an additional $500 to repair due to how he cut the drywall. Now I have gotten my attorney involved to reach out to ACE to negotiate covering some of the drywall charges ??.

My building was built in the 1940’s with crawl space access to a narrow space under the building. We had called another plumber who couldn’t even fit underneath to look at the cause of a leak who then began telling us we would need to replace all of the current plumbing and cut through floors and walls. When Perry’s plumbing came they went under to visually check it. They gave us an. Accurate prides of the expected cost and returned as planned to do the repair. Through it all they showed and talked with us about their process. They brought their own carpets to lay on and keep the place clean. They were professional and able to do the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
