I was contacted by Ace Contractors for a plumbing job when I put our information in one of those sites. I spoke to Jonathan who called me right away and said that they could get someone over here tomorrow. That was great! The next day we were so happy with Juan! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job! We asked Juan, if Ace Contractors installed central air, as we were considering putting in a central air conditioning unit. Juan said they did. I phoned Jonathan back. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Freddie. Freddie was able to come over later that same afternoon to take a look at our job. My husband and Freddie spoke at length about the job and we decided to again go with Ace Contractors! The job was completed last week and it's terrific!! We know that we are now set for the summer! No more being concerned about what the temperatures are going to be! It was our experience with Ace Contractors from the first interaction to the last; they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. We are very happy with our decision!!! So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable

I had backup in my kitchen sink coming from my upstairs neighbors. It had been going on for 2 days before I called after attempting to fix it myself. Shockingly, I couldn’t fix it. :)John Padilla Plumbing is who is contracted with my HOA. They came out within a few hours which was great being that it was a holiday weekend. Ricardo diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. Excellent service all around. I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.

Michael came out and took a look at my sewer situation at my apartment building. He was very nice and gave me his preventative maintenance suggestion to avoid future sewer problems. I will use him again in the future.

Leo and his team have done multiple jobs(large and small) for our personal home and rental. They're quick to respond and honest about their recommendations to get the job done.
