Mr. Rooter responded in less than one to our emergency sewer main being plugged. They took the time to inspect the pipe before shoving a snake down the pipe and possibly doing more damage. They did get it cleaned out and we had service in just a very short time. They delivered a very competitive bid to make the needed repairs and offered a 25 year warranty. Great guys!

I loved loved their service . Super professional and clean. He put on his lil foot gloves lol, and had this cool ghostbusters backpack for his tools idk , He had a blanket for his work area so he wouldn’t dirty any of my things, and he cleaned up my sink after he was done, he didn’t have to.-He was very sweet and polite. The work is great and not sloppy and it even comes with warranty! Definitely recommending .

Called 805 at 11 AM sunday, Carlos showed up two hours later. After looking around he says he needs help and is going to go eat lunch while waiting for another guy. Three hours later he calls and tells me that he can't do the job because nine out of ten houses have a clean-out and mine doesn't. He advises me to call someone else. Thanks for wasting my day.

We needed a new central air conditioning unit installed for our san diego home. We called ace contractors after a recommendation from on of our friends. We also called several other air conditioning companies in san diego to get estimates and price quotes. Out of the 4 that we contacted, ace contractors was the first to get back to us, and gave us the best price out of all the companies. The technicians that helped us install our new central air system were very polite, kind, and respectful. Our new central air conditioning unit works flawlessly now and we couldn't be happier. Aggressive and very rude

My husband and I have been tirelessly working to find someone who could help us solve our kitchen sink draining issue. We had plumbers at our house all day yesterday from another company who told us our pipe is broken and they will need to dig up our kitchen flooring to install new pipes. Thank GOD we called Perry Plumbing & Pipelining for a second opinion and got Danny & Adrian. These guys are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem within two hours and were able to fix the problem within a few hours after that. Turns out our pipes are not broken, although they do have a few cracks in them. They got our sink draining again and offered us options to fix the cracks in the pipe WITHOUT tearing up our kitchen. Not to mention they are very affordable considering the great work they do. Thank you so much Adrian and Danny for all your help! We will definitely be using you guys again in the future. I highly recommend using this company and asking for Adrian & Danny!

Haik and Joe came in full suits, masks, and booties to keep the house clean and put our minds at ease about any germs. Then they were very courteous and professional during their install of our brand new American Standard system! It works great, and we are very comfortable. Glad we used Carini again!

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

On September 2020, Tom came out to a property we had in escrow out in Lakeside. Tom showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and got down to business. Tom helped us with scoping the sewer main lines and provided an additional whole house plumbing inspection at no cost. He just charged us for the scope, which was a reasonable rate. Tom appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. I strongly recommend Tom. I feel he is trustworthy, affordable, and knowledgeable.

They came to complete a job that was started by Bill Howe (which was a horrible experience). Showed up with everything to install a water heater including the water heater. Ours had failed, with no explanation. Once they install the new water heater they diagnosed our regulator and it was at 120 psi which is almost double the amount, they went above and beyond and also replace the regulator so we don’t have any future issues! Thanks guys. I manage vacation rentals and we’ve dealt with multiple companies coming in. Hands-down the best company!
