Good evening - just wanted to say that my husband and I are happy with the service we received for our tech Bryan Olson. He was very good at explaining the problem with our a/c unit and gave us two quotes for repairs. He took his time to make sure that everything was working correctly and again explained everything that was done to repair the unit.

I cannot rave enough about the incredible service I received from this company and its individual employees. They came after hours and once we realized the wrong size tank was delivered Francisco came the next morning at 6:30 AM once the warehouse had opened to install immediately so my family could have hot water to begin the workday. DO NOT USE IDEA PLUMBING! I am a Veteran Widow! I am also paralyzed and home bound. I called Idea Plumbing because my air conditioner was not cooling. Needless to say the tech. was out 3 times for the same problem and I was charged all times... I finally called Anderson Plumbing they charged me $79.00 and fixed my AC and they Gurantee work. If my AC stops cooling they will come out and fix AT NO CHARGE... CALL AROUND BUT SAVE YOURSELF STRESS DON'T CALL IDEA PLUMBING...Sdsofine- San DiegoCharles you are so right! Came home to a flooded basement on a Sunday which happen to also be a holiday. I was able to have someone there within a few hours and he found the issue within 10 minutes. The prices they quoted were far lower than anyone else in San Diego that I had spoken with. I’ll definitely be using them again if I need any plumping repairs.

Wow! They answered their phone immediately, were at my house within 2 hours and the job was completed within 6 hours of my call. I only got a silly 10 year water heater. After listening to Josh explain my options, tankless wasn't what I needed. He didn't try to upsell. He just presented the facts. Jacob did a great job installing it and cleaning up after he was done. Apparently no job is too small for their undivided attention and expertise. Now I have peace of mind knowing it was done right AND my family can take a hot shower!!!

I have known Scott for over 10 years. He has done work on my home from simple and complex drain cleaning to plumbing fixture and repairs. I was doing a floor remodel a year ago and the floor contractor moved my fridge. When they unplugged the water hose the valve on the wall began to leak. I called Scott late in the afternoon and he immediately responded to me, fixing my leak and saving me from any severe water damage for my remodel. Furthermore, Scott is a good person and he is a fair businesssman.
