Eric did a masterful job removing my tarnished shower fixtures and replacing other fixtures throughout the house. Great can-do attitude and skill sets!

Shower was filling up and not draining like usual. Called and within a couple hours Elite was on the job. I saw two trucks pull up and was completely impressed by their attention to my problem and quickly resolving the issue. Great people, great service. Had called them after we had massive issues with a clogged pipe (we were unable to use any toilet, everything was backed up). They sent somebody straight away. This somebody was Alan, he was super easy going and friendly, jumped right on it with the snake and tried to locate the problem. He explained the process in an easy to understand manner. After about 20min, our pipes were cleaned and we could finally use the toilet and shower again. Thank you so much Alan!

I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.

Called early because my shower handle broke off. He was able to stop by and fix it without having to open the wall up. Very professional and would recommend him for any plumbing job

After dealing with some bs contractor that left gas leaks Benji from Calif. plumbing was able to come in and identify all the leaks. Benji knows what he’s talking about and is able to explain it in layman’s terms, I greatly appreciate that. I have an old house and most workers want to offer help that isn’t necessary at the moment. Benji didn’t try that. I’ll be calling them for the next gas or water issue. I’m happy I found them.

When other company’s were backed up over the Thanksgiving Holiday, Tarpy’s was able to come out the same day to diagnose our RUUD water heater issue. We were relieved it was a sensor and we didn’t need a whole new water heater. They gave us the option to save money by sourcing the part ourselves. We opted for them to source the part because we wanted hot water back immediately. They found the part the same afternoon, picked it up for us, and came back to repair the water heater by morning. Drew was very professional and kindly answered my 100 questions. Thanks Drew and Tarpy’s!

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
