I called Anderson Plumbing to repair a bathroom sink drain that was leaking. I also had several small plumbing related jobs that I really did not want to do myself so I decided to have them perform this work in addition to the repair. I had never contacted a plumbing service before and decided on Anderson Plumbing because they have been in business for so long and had a great rating with the BBB. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure working with this company. The phone representatives are polite and courteous. The technician showed up on time, treated my home with care, and conducted himself in a professional manner. The visit started with a walk through and discussion about the work to be performed, some Q&A, full disclosure of the charges (the forms they use are very detailed), and lastly a time estimate to complete the work. The plumber, Reggie, did a wonderful job. When he finished we performed another walk-through to review the repairs. He answered all of my questions and provided some helpful tips. I would definitely use this company again.

Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!

We had a leak in the front yard that became a huge issue very quickly. They were responsive, extremely friendly and accomodating. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They did an amazing job, the front yard actually looked even better after they were done. They even took the time to meet our dogs so that they were more comfortable and wouldn't bark as much while they were working. And they worked overtime to finish BEFORE the estimated time. Seriously, if you have anything, call them.

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. For several years Andrew from A Pro plumbing has done numerous plumbing work at both of my homes here in San Diego and in Riverside County. He is always professional and does an outstanding job. I have never had any problems with any work that was performed. Recently he installed a new top of the line toilet and a incredible state of the art bathroom faucet. The previois faucet was very old and took precision to remove in order not to jepordize the sink. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure there were no scratches or cracks in my porclain sink. After discovering a leak from our 21 year old Rheem water heater, I started researching who to contact for a replacement. The Quick Water Heater website (and YouTube videos) made my decision. In person they're friendly, helpful and professional. Eli did the job in an organized, methodical way and made the overall experience as interesting and enjoyable as replacing a water heater can be.
