Service was excellent. Erick listened to my concerns and took care of it. Took his time explaining the causes for the issue and hopefully resolved. From the beginning of my call to the end, I’m extremely satisfied with the service received.

Initially everything seemed great the installers when they left they informed me the hydro cleaning guy was running behind on another job. I didn't receive any update until my phone rang at 730am on my day off the next day waking me up. Unprofessional and mismanaged, I would suggest finding another company that respects customers.

Elite plumbing came through CLUTCH! I called at 8am and by 930am Steven Johnson not only showed up but also had the drains unclogged! Super professional and worked in a very clean manner. If in need for any plumbing issues FOR SURE call elite!

There are Five Star businesses and there are businesses like Bill Howe Plumbing that go above the five star mark and truly wish I could give them a higher rating.Miguel Gomez (486) was terrific throughout the process. Miguel explained what he would be doing at each step and executed promptly. It was evident that Miguel knows his trade. His work was clean and meticulous. When unexpected issues came up, he just took care of them rather than stressing us out with bad news or work change orders. Miguel is a perfectionist. That's a good trait in a plumber. 5/5 Would definitely recommend.

I manage a nice mid century Apartment building in Bankers Hill. 1965 with mostly older plumbing until I met Chris 3 years ago. Together we have fixed, replaced or bypassed a good deal of it. He comes lickity split when I've got issues that need immediate attention. He can replace water lines in the wall like a magician. Kudos to this great guy! Super approachable and he knows his crapola... I highly recommend him.

We called very late in the day due to the toilet being clogged and Kali Sticks Plumbing came within an hour of us calling for their plumbing services and unclogged and hydro jetted our main line. They are very reliable and you can't beat prices. They go above and beyond for their customers!

I would not recommend this company. Plumber told me on site he would clear the drain and give me 30 day warranty. 3 days later the drain backed up again and I called the company, they said they do not give warranty’s on drain line! I argued and threaded a bad review so they came back out and spent 10 minutes clearing the drain and told me it would be 399$ to camera the drain (which is a straight 60’ shot from the clean out to the main).Very poor job of clearing the drain and the company was just trying to charge me more. Quoted 1550$ to jet the 60’ straight line! Got another quote for 550$ from another company and was told that was the going rate. If you want to be taken advantage of, go with them.

This guys knows his craft. He doesn't charge you for a work that's not needed. He is in my contact list and referred many families who are face with sudden plumbing issue and needs to be taken care of right away. He also responds fast on your inquiry. Great work!

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. He's very pleasant to have around and Cleaned up great. If you need a plumber fast and one that does excellent work call R & J plumbing.

I am happy with the service and the price. I hired Socal Plumber to replace our hot water heater. They pulled out the old unit, and did the installation of the new. Everything was easily and customer service was great.
