Best Plumbing Repairs And Replacements in San Diego CA
Great prices and service. Recently called cause normal plumber was busy and wanted to charge OT rates. After calling a couple other well known companies and getting same story I found mr rooter. They will be my new regular plumbing service.

I was going to be out of town and needed to have some maintenance repairs completed. Ryan made the appointment and repair process easy, inspected other areas for possible failures and took the necessary corrective action.... Thank you Ryan

We used Plumbing Tree as a recommendation of our regular plumber who was booked out several days. We had a situation with our tankless water heater that needed attention immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. From the front office to the plumber, they are very professional and were in constant communication about timing. Also they are clear with their pricing so there are no surprises. Angel completed the repair with no issues and tested everything to make sure all was in working order. Would definitely use them again

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. I highly recommend his company.

I see many good reviews but my experience was the opposite. The technicians were friendly and assessed my plumbing issue with my bathtub. It turned out we needed to enter another unit in the building to find an access point to the backside of my tub. It was determined that they would need to cut open my neighbors wall to gain access and replace the pipes. I was VERY CLEAR that since this was involving another unit and going into the walls that I would need a detailed estimate for the HOA. A few days later I got the estimate. Literally no details at all. No mention of another unit or cutting into the walls. Just a picture of the pipe they would be using. I emailed the company and after the weekend they finally got around to the estimate on Tuesday. It was better but still missing some details. During their visit the technician had mentioned putting in a port in my bathroom to make access easier, not having to go into the other unit in the future. I asked to speak to the technician and he explained that this was no longer necessary. He had also mentioned that the pipe was very corroded on the initial visit. I asked if he thought there would be more repairs done if the pipe was too corroded once they gained entry. He said it was possible. Since this estimate was going to be reviewed by the HOA I asked if those details could please be added. He said that was fine. Two days later I got a call from the company stating I needed to schedule the work. I said I was waiting for one final revision of the estimate. They told me that there were not going to be anymore revisions. I told them that I had spoke to the technician and he said he would add a few details. I was told he would reach out to me later that day. Instead an hour later the company called me and said “We are no longer able to do this job. It sounds like Anderson Plumbing had been there before, we suggest you call them.” I know all calls are recorded so there is no disputing this. So basically I asked for too many details which seemed to annoy them? I’ve never heard of wanting too many details especially when another homeowners unit and HOA is involved in the repair. In a very matter of fact manor they denied performing the work without offering an explanation. It was very rude and extremely disrespectful let alone unprofessional. I’m sure they have done good work for other customers but I wanted to provide my experience. I’ve been a homeowner for over 20 years and never had an experience like this. I guess if you want an estimate with no details and then when you request them have them cancel the job, then these are your people.

They were assigned to come to my house to replace my water heater. They did not show up. No call no text no email nothing. Left me hanging. Then proceeded to tell my insurance company that they showed up at 4:00 and nobody was home. Straight lies for what? Do not trust this bogas company that says the hours are 8 to 5. They stop answering calls at 2:30

My experience with Carini was excellent! Max was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and communicative from the outset. He responded promptly with a quote after our initial consultation for installing a four-zone mini-split system and didn't bug me to approve while I got other quotes. When we approved the quote, our service was scheduled promptly and completed on-time. Any questions I had were answered along the way and the installation crew did a wonderful job of getting my feedback on installation locations and other minor decisions that needed to be made while the installation was ongoing. All in all a great experience. Thanks, Carini!

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

Tom arrived less than an hour after I called. He was fast, friendly and professional (wore his mask) He replaced my bathtub faucet and toilet handle and gave me advice on future projects that needed attention. His prices were honest and fair, and even though he quoted me for a repair we couldn’t do that visit, he gave me the same price quote for when he returns excluding labor. I’ll be planning him to come back after the holiday.

Untrustworthy, a liar, and a malicious saboteur. We had wanted a simple facet installation. The days prior to the appointment, Dan from Extreme Plumbing called and texted with concerns over pex plumbing fittings. He seemed excessively worried which raised my concern. He arrived on Monday and after looking under the sink for a few minutes, informs my wife that the pex fittings are too old and need to be replaced. My wife puts him on the phone with me and Dan is offering to replace the fittings for $220 (plus the $150 for facet installation)- I tell him that my confidence level in him is at the untrustworthy point and that I don't think I want him to do the job- he offers to do just the sink if I sign a waiver. I tell him no (at this point it's like sending food back in a restaurant). He grumpily leaves mumbling about 30 years of experience. It turns out Dan had loosened all of the drain pipes under the sink. When we washed dished after dinner, water flooded the under sink area. Dan left our home, in anger, and out of retribution, knowing he had sabotaged our home. Not only will he try to sell you services you do not need, he is a liar, he is untrustworthy, and he is malicious.

I applied for a job there and after driving for 1 hour 20min. After I met the owner Marco come to find out he is one of the weakest plumbers I have ever met, he might have the book smart but doesn't know how to plumb and he tried to slave work me with out a lunch for 3 days and then his office tried to classified me as a independent contractor. I'm sure the labor commissioner will have fun with this one
