Roberto was extremely helpful to advise on a problem kitchen faucet hose replacement and allowed me to better understand the trade-offs of different approaches. I ended up getting the entire kitchen faucet replaced and throughout the entire install, Roberto checked in to make sure that I was happy with everything. He was incredibly professional and friendly. So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable
