I was worried that the corroded pipes in my wall would not be able to be fixed but Jose did a great job. I received service the same day I called Core Plumbing. Bathroom plumbing was bad, and it flooded the other bathroom. They fixed the problem promptly and then added another chase out to the house that we wanted.They gave us a price and stuck with it even though it was thought it was only 2 feet to dig down for the chase out and was a whopping six.Thanks to the team Kevin, Jake, Martin and Christian, we were finished in one day.Love these guys I would highly recommend them.

GREAT communication over the phone - - superb customer service in person - beautifully done job too!

Called and spoke with the Owner, Charlie, who was super helpful and honest... Charlie told me that I probably didn't need to have the work completed that I suspected and even went out of his way to give me extremely valuable info to help assuage my concerns... Charlie is a class act and is a kind and honest plumber with years of experience!!!

Great experience

We had a faucet that had been leaking and needed replacement (bad valve, not cartridge) since moving in. I'd put it off because I was worried about the cost of not just the work but tile replacement. Ascend came out, performed a minimally invasive replacement without damaging any tile, and at a much lower rate than other estimates I'd received. Excellent work, fast, great price!

I requested an appointment to service my Kitchen Drain and was said to that it will be serviced the day of. Received a call saying they had to reschedule to 2 days later. Accepted the new appointment which was to be between 10am-2pm - Service employee called to say they will arrive at 2pm but never did. Waited 2 hours with no response. I am 100% disappointed with this service and if you're looking for a guaranteed better experience with your plumbing needs, I would suggest not utilizing this organization as they will leave you hanging with no response or follow up.

Their 24/7 service was super helpful, and the mechanic was good at what he does for a reasonable price.

Kali Sticks is a fantastic two-person operation. Adrian and Robert were professional, timely, and knew their stuff. Within 20 minutes of arriving, they diagnosed where my leak was coming from, and determined that a shower cartridge replacement was sufficient.Other plumbing companies had quoted me $1800 to cut into drywall for access and perform diagnostics/repairs from behind the shower, since those plumbers were not 100% sure where the leak could be coming from.Adrian and Robert also inspected all the other plumbing around my unit free of charge, and gave me estimates for the other optional maintenance work. They saved me over $1000 in potential costs - I would highly recommend Kali Sticks!

Really great company. I called spoke to a really nice lady she was able to get me an appointment 2 hours after I called. When the plumber RICARDO showed up really nice professional he explained to me the issue and how he was able to fix it. He answered all my question I had in regards to the issue. Him and his partner fixed the problem in about 15 minutes very fast I saw him double check for any gas leaks. He fixed the pipe going into the gas oven now its up and running again. I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.
