I scheduled a quote using the Thumbtack app. Confirmed appointment date/time and they never showed. I got a response to my inqury I sent 45 minutes after the expected arrival time. The owner and customer service were quick to respond and gave me another date/time and the owner said he would handle himself. When I tried confirming the appointment the time got changed to later in the day multiple times. They finally came and gave us some useful information. I asked for two quotes one to repipe the bathroom the other repipe the entire house and never got any additional information which is fine because after all that I wasn't going to use them anyway.

It was the first time I found myself in the need of a plumbing repair, so I didn't really know what to expect. After Isai and his team arrived and I explained my issue, they immediately knew were to look and Isai gave me a very detailed/technical explanation on what was going to be needed and the reasons for it. Told us things that are important and not important as well. Robert was our inspector and even caught mistakes from the plumbers that our home warranty company sent recently. I can't believe how fast they were able to come out and fix my drain. They did a great job and the service was worth every penny.

We came home Thursday and heard water leaking in my garage and found my water heater failed. I also noticed that there was some water in my laundry room. I called Home Perfect and they came out assessed the damage. They also have a water damage company that came out within the hour. Everyone was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything. We decide to get a tankless water heater and got a great price on it. The water damage team (Smart Dry Restoration) worked directly with our insurance company and everything couldn't go any smoother. We highly recommend Home Perfect and Smart Dry.

I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.
