This is my go to plumber in San Diego. Grant and crew are professional, courteous, and do quality work. They have done everything from replacing faucets to a new tankless water heater for me. I don't even call other plumbers anymore.

We just completed 4 month renovations. We had our regularly scheduled maintenance on the books. Perfect timing. The two professional technicians went through all of the HVAC. They checked our AC for status of a component that in the past has challenged the AC operation. Making note of again a potential issue they put it on schedule for evaluation/replacement. “Proactive Service”… excellent customer service (provided by two professionals who love working for their employer)We were offered a service to clear the ductwork. 3 packages were offered. With clear and concise explanation ( zero pressure) We Ordered the Gold program. .More than satisfied with Anderson.

First time and last time customer!! My tech milked an hour job so I was charged for 2 1/2 hours. Did repairs that were unnecessary to charge me more. Very disappointing as a new customer. I do not recommend!!!!! I had my own new garbage disposal that I needed installed only and they tried to charge me for one.

We had a leak in the front yard that became a huge issue very quickly. They were responsive, extremely friendly and accomodating. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They did an amazing job, the front yard actually looked even better after they were done. They even took the time to meet our dogs so that they were more comfortable and wouldn't bark as much while they were working. And they worked overtime to finish BEFORE the estimated time. Seriously, if you have anything, call them.

This is the second & third times we have worked with Ideal on house projects. The first time was installing central AC & heat, and that went so well that we thought of Ideal when we had our next major house project -- rewiring the electrical. Nobody wants to wake to to their garage full water on a Sunday morning. Quick Water Heater and Plumbing prices beat the other companies I called. They were available replaced the water heater on the same day and don’t charge extra for a weekend. Gregg showed up at my house. He was professional and answered all my questions with ease. He was friendly too, it felt like a buddy came over to help with a weekend project. His pre-planning, craftsmanship and attention to detail made the finished project look great. The plumber they sent out was great and really helpful. We were replacing our kitchen sink and wanting to install a new one. I reached out to Home Perfect for a quote and they were able to send someone out and quote me a very fair price (relative to other plumbing companies). He came out and got the job done, everythign works great and the kitchen sink is beautiful. I love it
