Nicholas Schaefer was terrific. We had a clogged kitchen sink on Mother's Day. Nick came out and not only unclogged our sink, but he fixed some plumbing that had been installed incorrectly the first time.

The Emergency Stop Valve broke and we could not get get a new refrigerator installed until it was fixed. Paws made an appointment and promised us if possible they would arrive sooner, and they got back to me twice with earlier appointment times as they knew we were without a refrigerator. When I asked Will the dispatcher a technical question he could not answer, he found a plumber in the office to immediately speak to me. Paws was very professional, knowledgable, extremely punctual, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Our entire experience with Rooter Hero was great from start to finish. We put in a request for quotes online via Yelp and Rooter Hero was prompt to follow up. They were able to send Ben and Michael out within a few short hours, and they were very professional upon arrival.We had a clogged drain that we'd tried to unclog for a few weeks. They were able to quickly resolve that issue, and Ben was even willing to not charge for the visit because it was such an easy fix (obviously I need to learn more about maintaining my drains :-)).Moving on to our toilet that was beyond repair, Ben was able to provide us with a variety of options and estimates. Neither was pushy or trying to upsell services. It felt genuine and I felt that I came away with a brief education of taking better care of my home.Once we selected our option, they were able to get everything done SAME-DAY! The new toilet is great, installed perfectly, and there was no mess after they left. They probably left my washroom cleaner than how they found it to be honest. I'm grateful for their work and will definitely be calling on Rooter Hero again for any other plumbing issues we have.

Javier & Jose did an excellent job! They inspected our Water Heater and determined that it needed to be replaced. They communicated what was wrong with it to the manufacturing company. They were very helpful with exchanging the water heater for a brand new one. We found them to be very friendly and knowledgable. They completed the job in a timely manner. Paul Tarpy provided an estimate for a new water heater and room to room air/heating system for five rooms and for three rooms. Months later I contacted the company to replace the water heater to avoid any flooding which I experienced 14 years ago. The plumber called to let me know he was on his way, although he was a little late. The installation went smoothly, professionally and safely. Masks were worn and he did not have to come inside my home as the water heater closet is outside. I will be contacting the company for further work with heating/air system.
