He was on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with our “sticking cold water handle and drain stopper in the bathroom and water shut off valves under the kitchen sink and fixed them. Ryan was very personable and professional. We found his repair cost to be fair and reasonable. Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. Randy responded to my call shortly after I left a message late on a Saturday afternoon. He promised to help first thing Sunday morning, which he did with an estimate. Once approved, he came right over and quickly resolved the problem with the hot water heater pilot. As a bonus, he also adjusted a leaky toilet valve while he was here. He was polite, friendly, efficient and a very good communicator.

If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.

He removed my old, installed the new and was gone in just 2 hours. Some plumbers take like 6 hours. The man knows his stuff and also is down to earth. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.
