Jonathan and Ehsan were friendly and very professional. They explained in detail what work was needed and why. They worked efficiently and took care to make sure everything was cleaned and restored when they were done. They respected the health guidelines with the COVID situation. Would use them again, but hopefully won’t be necessary again!

Last night our heater died, and this morning, also cold, we were anxious to get it fixed. By good luck we were referred to Ideal Plumbing, a company which serviced our brand of gas-fired heater. A competent technician, Jose Gomez, arrived at our door in less than an hour. He was quick, thorough, and cheerful as he went through his analysis and repairs. And the cost of the labor and materials was reasonable. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Chris arrived a half hour after I called, took care of the problem quickly and gave good advice about the appliance. I will call City Plumber when the next problem arises. It's great to have an excellent, dependable local plumber right here in Pacific Beach. I highly recommend this company.

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I’ve worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous, replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

Water heater went down, WestPro Plumbing came in and replaced without any issues. Totally recommend for your commercial needs. My Brother paid to have a tiny park model mobile home completely replumbed , fresh and waste .The original complaint was clogged waste drain (this is ALL above ground with NO SKIRTING) .In the end , the only work completed was new copper pipe installed OUTSIDE of the house , fixtures connected . My Brother just passed away and the drains are backing up again . Upon investigation it was found the original complaint , the waste lines WERE NOT REPLACED FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $3618.00.Further more , the quality of work done is shoddy .We feel ripped off or taken advantage of . Work done 10-2019 .
