Their electrician came to find our water leak problem from our upstairs bathroom he opened up our family room ceiling to find an elbow with a pinhole leaking, not good. He was quick and efficient stopped the leak and replaced the pipe. Not what you want to deal with but our damage was kept at a minimum. Thank you so much!

I called HPS based on a good review on Nextdoor. Kenneth came within a few hours to give me an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know exactly how he would approach the repair of a leaky pipe in an awkward place. He came back the next day to fix the pipe and 2 other small repairs. I would definitely trust him again for repairs in the future.

Spit level a/c was not cooling. Eric did a very thorough job. He checked for leaks and recharged system. Result...ice cold air in all five rooms.

Outstanding installation and communication

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

Great service and timely response. Christian came over to our home today to drain a backed up shower and could not have been more pleasant. Very knowledgeable and provided helpful tips to prevent something like this from happening again. True Value was recommended to me by a friend and I'm happy I called them. I had a plumbing issue that I couldn't figure out on my own, so I called this company. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it in no time. The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I unfortunately had contact with Mr. O'Fenelon in 2008/9. Let the consumer beware. Be sure you get all agreements in writing in advance. If not, he will submit documents stating that an agreement for services was verbal.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
