They were on time, fixed the blockage and left the work area clean. They did a great job.

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.

Justin and Juan were amazing. They came to my home on 2/24/2021. They were helpful, informed me through the whole process, respectful, and SO kind. They fixed the clogged shower and toilet problem in my master bathroom, and they even had to go on the roof because it was such a big issue! Thank you both for going above and beyond what was expected and also for putting in hard work to fix my bathroom. They will be my first call if I ever have issues in the future!

Shout out to Robert Stilwell! He was just here to perform yearly maintenance on the HVAC system and he was great. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Super considerate too! - I don’t say this lightly when I say that Cody & Chris provided excellent, top-notch service at very competitive rates (I got quotes from 5 different plumbers, talked to even more of them)- Great communication to help me understand the job & what I’m paying for- When component from a highly reputable manufacturer turned out to have a defect (through no fault of Plumber or myself), True Value Plumbing didn’t ask for any extra $ beyond original agreed to price to deal with this- Very willing to help & respond despite it being a triple whammy of a holiday/weekend/personal birthday that was going on- Remote quoting service with pictures and description is a plus, as it saves me having to wait under house arrest during a 3-4 hour slot at my house for plumbers that sometimes dont show up just to get a quote, but i understand how it is hard to give a quote without proper view of the configuration- T
