Technician showed up an hour and 15 minutes later than set an expected which caused us to stress out because at 4:30 it’s double the fee per hour. Once he was here he did a decent job and I noticed later on the charges there was a charge for a bowl wax which I had to have already and only cost me six bucks at Home Depot he charge me 8.69and then listed other Supplies which absolutely none were used because I had my own bolts and nuts to refasten the toilet and so there was an overcharge there for supplies about 20. Bucks. I feel David was a but dishonest, in the extra charge.

Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. He then came to my house to drain the water heater and fix two toilets. Again, very honest and helped me to understand the issues. Wow! I called on 12/22, 2 days before Christmas weekend, for a leak on the water supply line. I knew most plumbers would be short staffed for the holidays but not these guys. They were here in 2 hours and fixed a leak inside of a wall in what seemed like 20 minutes. Brandon was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He ran me through everything that was going on and some preventative tips. He also gave suggestions on what may need to be done in the future, only after he completed the job as to not take advantage of me. He was very professional and I will request him every time I need any work done. It is so refreshing to meet competent and genuinely kind people.

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. He's very pleasant to have around and Cleaned up great. If you need a plumber fast and one that does excellent work call R & J plumbing.

Socal plumber completed a project for one of the properties that I rent out. I got them to install high-efficiency faucets and shower heads and do some maintenance work for the water heater. My renter was pleased saying that the plumber was very professional, and that he cleaned up after his work. I will call them again next time.
