Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Ryan and Tony came to repair a broken drain pipe. They went above and beyond explaining the situation since it was more complicated due to the pipe being installed improperly by the house builder. They cleaned up the mess afterwards. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!!!

They came out to detect a leak. Told me where it was and gave me a quote of 3700 dollars to fix. I reached out to two other licensed plumbers both gave me quotes below 1700 dollars. One fixed it and it turns out they were wrong about the location of the leak. Hired another company and they found exactly where it was. I asked for a refund and they told me it was the fault of the company I hired. No accountability and very bad methods as compared to the other company I brought it. Offered nothing but to come back out and charge me again. Do not use them if you want anyone to stand behind their work.
