Best Water Treatment/Filtration in San Antonio TX

Cleared a sewer line blockage in order to run a camera into the line to determine the location of the actual cause of the blockage and what would be required to correct the problem.Excellent Service. Shawn and Matt were true professionals. They called in advance as the said they would. They arrived within in the time frame that was quoted. I was able to ask questions about the work before they started work and they explained what they were doing and more importantly why they were doing it. This made me feel very comfortable with the work they were doing, which help me understand the situation better. Once the blockage had been removed, they showed us the camera images so we could actually see what the problem they were referring to and better understand what was needed to correct the problem. Shawn provided a detailed invoice of the problem and what would be required to fix the problem. The office is forwarding a pdf of the images from the camera for our files, which will be needed for the repairs. If you have plumbing issues, I highly recommend Shawn and Matt.

They helped me when I was stressed due to busted water softner which clogged all faucets in the house. Setting up appointment was quick and easy over the phone and the service tech Michael Angelo was amazing. He troubleshooted my problem within 10 minutes and was able to get parts and fix everything the same day!!!This problem was misdiagnosed by another plumber before and without a fix!Highly recommended company if you need solution to your plumbing issues and don’t want somebody getting trained in your house!!!

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Initial visit: 5 stars Frank did an excellent job repairing a leaking hose bib and installing a PRV and shutoff valve for us. He was on time and professional and had completed the whole job less than 6 hours after I had called to request the service. I appreciate Goettl's responsiveness and professionalism very much.Update: I have used Goettl several times now for both plumbing and air conditioning calls. I was even a Sadie club member. The service we received after our first visit was not great, definitely 1-2 stars. The quotes were much higher than other companies that I called, and it always feels like a weird sales pitch from the technicians. They have to call their managers at the office to get quotes and then the managers talk to you over the phone.We had one plumbing request for an unusual valve on our kitchen sink that needed to be repaired. Because it was a unusual repair, they charged me several hundred dollars for the install and then the master plumber was not able to complete the work because he said the valve was too corroded. I ended up figuring out how to repair and install it myself (even though I have zero plumbing experience).I have also been trying to get a response back from the customer service team now for weeks about a reading they took while doing a check on our system.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

The cold temperatures from the February 2021 winter weather caused water to freeze in some PVC piping attached to my outdoor hose's faucet, breaking the pipe and causing a leak. Edward and an apprentice plumber came in and replaced the pipe and faucet in no time, made it better, and for a reasonable price. I can now turn my main waterline back on and take warm showers again. Thanks!

Shafer Services came to the rescue when we bought our home. I had smelled gas at the hot water heater and they sent Franc who quickly diagnosed and repaired the gas line.On the same day our AC went out. Jason gave me a thorough explanation of the issues and their repair. When we decided to replace the unit Mike came and helped us explore our options. Augie was out to install the unit the next day.I am very impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of all the Shafer team.
