Best Slab Leaks Testing in San Antonio TX

Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

JR did a fantastic job from the moment he arrived. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable answering all my questions while teaching me about my unit. There was no pressure to buy services and all my options were explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend Will's allpro if you want someone to come out quickly and resolve your issue correctly.

Cris and Luis were perfect gentleman, they came to repair my shower leak that had made my shower ceiling cave in. They were so professional and kept masks on the whole time. The boss Travis has worked with my boss in the past and I got the referral from my boss and I loved the service they provided. Super sweet guys and explained the process and let me know what the charges were going to be ahead of time. If I have any plumbing problems in the future I will definitely be using them again!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.
