Amazing service!

My repair and the plumber who completed the repair was great! Very professional and completed the repair. (Picture to follow)What I had an issue with was when I was contacted after I had already made the appointment. After the gentleman asked what my issue was, he then proceeded to tell me that the plumber was already on his last job and would not be available until the following day. I was told the plumbing dept is not open 24 hours as what was advertised on the internet. What the original dispatcher failed to tell me is that the plumbing department closes around 9 and should have informed me of that so I could move onto the next call to search for another plumber because my issue was an emergency and could not wait. After I got a little heated and expressed that, I was told he would make a call out and see if the plumber could make it. I received the call back and was advised the plumber would be able to make it out to my house. When I asked the plumber about them closing, he stated they were not and that he had the late shift that night. Why I was given such a hard time..who knows!!

I called Roto-Rooter of San Antonio, Tx. for a sewer drainage problem and they responded within a hour of calling them. This occurred on a Friday afternoon after 6 PM.A Technician named Del quickly cleared the problem. This Company is very efficient and very well prepared to accomplish any plumbing problem.I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs Quick, efficient and professional Services for their Home or Business.

I don’t usually do reviews; however, I have to go online to rate aaa auger service today because they have done a fantastic job. I freaked out today because my ring was gone and I thought I might have dropped it in my toilet and flushed it. I called around and most places can’t come by until tomorrow or if they can come they will charge me a large fee. When I called aaa auger, Ted immediately answer the phone and arranged to have 2 plumbers to come out and help me right away with no charge. When Jason and j.r came, they were very concerned about my situation and explained to me what should be done next. Before starting to get to their job, jason actually found my ring right where the carpet was. I was so happy and embarrassed at the same time. I was looking for it all day and couldn’t find it. I wanted to give them a tip but they refused and said they were justhappy they found it for me. Ted, Jason, and J.r were very professional and empathetic. If I ever had plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call aaa auger!!!! Thanks you guys again, especially Jason, for finding my ring.

It took awhile with many appraisals. Comfort Air was the only company to find the issue and resolve it. Would easily recommend them.

Dakota and Alex came out today and provided great service. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and the service was great. Offered recommendations but didn't oversell what wasn't needed. The Texas winter storm froze a pipe and it burst. They fixed it quickly and professionally. No mess left behind. Will use again.*update June 2022Adam P. came out for a leak detection and hose bib repair. It was a quick diagnosis, and speedy repair. We've used Anchor for years and highly recommend their service.

I used Almighty to review sewer line work done by another plumbing company. My representative, Chachi, was amazing. He showed me the errors made by the other plumbing company.
