Best Sewage Line in San Antonio TX

#1 Plumber Service of San Antonio. Not only were they professional but I called with an emergency and they came out that very same day. I was given a very reasonable and affordable quote (price range) up front and it wasn’t out of this world like other plumbing companies. I will definitely use and refer American Auger Plumbing in the future!

The worker was very professional, kind and understanding. He is a keeper, anyone needing work done I am sure would be very happy with him.

They over charged me $565 just to replace the hot and cold lines then told me it would be $250 to ad a pipe for the shower that was leaking.Not happy at all.I had even bought some parts and they took them with them because their not aloud to use them anymore.

William came out. Gave me the estimate. To repair my outside faucets. They worked with my lunch schedule, which I appreciate. Came out same day. I would recommend them& will use 4M again?

My toilet was running. SAWS came out and did a courtesy inspection while I was away from home. SAWS turned off my main water supply. I called my regular plumber and they wouldn't be able to come until next week. I have been using them for over 40 years - not very good customer service. I went on-line to Roto-Rooter and set up an appointment - they were here very quickly and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Next plumbing problem, I will be contacting Roto-Rooter.

Be aware of this Co!!! they will give you a price before they start the job and then they will start telling you this and that (which should be part of the quote) needs to be fixed and we charge $$$ for it. at the end they will tell you parts were not included in the quote!!!. When was the last time parts were not included in a quote?? even their paper shows you parts are included they would deny it. NOT HONESTI recommended you to have everything in a writing contract with all the details listed if you are going to hire this Co. and fire them as soon as they start coming up with some BS.#BE AWARE

Fresh water line was leaking in the front yard. Technician showed up within an hour or so. Repair was satisfactorily completed a little after midday.

Fast and reliable. Showed up when promised and and did good clean work. Used several times. Also had a large excavation job. Done quick and pulled permits with no issues. This guy believes in “customer service “.
