The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

This is the second time I have used 210 Plumber. I really appreciated the way that Steven educated us on the problem as well as several solutions. While it appears that we need a new water softener, he never once pressured us into anything, instead, saying that it would be wise to do our research. We had another problem that went along with that which he did fix. He had to dig up a little part of our yard, but he put it back very neatly. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again!

We called mid-afternoon for our commercial doctor's office and Artemio was able to get to us that same evening. He and Leo were both here and were able to diagnose quickly, using a camera to find the clog and relieved the problem immediately. They came to perform a static test after some foundation work. They had to install a cleanout in the front of the house under our flower bed. The guy I originally talked to said they would dig up the plants and put them back although they couldn't guarantee their survival, and I said that was fine. They didn't dig up the plants and instead trampled them all to death. The guy on the phone was nice enough to issue a refund. Then the guy that came to perform the static test had to remove one of the toilets to do so, and when he did he installed a new wax seal over the wax from the current one which caused wax to spew out from under the toilet on all sides and caused it to leak when you flushed it. My husband and I had to reinstall the toilet after scraping nasty wax off of our floor. It also ruined all the lenolium around our toilet (which we were planning on replacing eventually, just not right this second...so now our bathroom looks even worse than it already did)...the same guy complained when we tried to use a coupon we printed from the company's website.
