David changed out an old double faucet on the back of the house, added a shutoff at the house and then ran a line under the decked porch and out about 30 feet into the yard. They put two faucets there, one for yard sprinkler and another for my little greenhouse. His work was professional, neat, and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Chambliss Plumbing.

Y'all Not Gonna Believe This!! My daughter was out of town while I babysat her house in Oakview Heights during the big freeze. Unfortunately she had frozen pipes, so she filed a claim w/ her insurance while still out of town. They basically told her take anyone you can get, they're swamped. The plumbers called and came over and did their thing. Simply put, turned water off/on and cut patches of drywall along 1 wall front to back. Eureka!! They found 4 leaks where pipes had burst from the freeze, both hot/cold water pipes. They made it look easy and had all the proper tools, some I'm going to put on my Christmas list, and in about 2.5 hours were done. No leak, and we now have running water both hot & cold.Now for the good part......$0 charge. They were also going to send paperwork to the insurance company showing $0 charge also but will itemize the work, labor, parts to show the leak(s) was fixed. All they wanted from us was to write a review of them on Google, and/or pay them what we could, when we could. Are you serious? was my response, their response was they couldn't get out to do repairs the past 4 days due to the weather and roads and they felt bad for the community, so this was their way of giving back. Um, who does this nowadays.....I'd give them a 10 star rating if it went that high! Unbelievable!!!! Don't worry, I will be sending them a major check for their services...............

Answered the phone right away! Prompt, courteous, great work. Prices beat the 8 other plumbers I called. You don't find service like that anymore. Highly recommend!!

I was charged 440 dollars for a 30 minute job. I had a simple valve replacement. I have no complaints about quality of the work done. I was grossly overcharged, in hindsight. They also bill you 38 dollars for the estimate if one finds their prices too high. Steer clear of this business. I wish I had read these reviews first.

They're quick and easy to work with. Very friendly. First time I used them, I'd called around to a bunch of places and couldn't get anyone to really answer any of my questions. Dave was able to describe to me over the phone how to mitigate the problem and bypass the issue until he could come out the next day - he was able to get me up and running with a new water softener that has worked great ever since. Today, he repaired some issues left by another company. I highly recommend People's Choice Plumbing!

I dont know why they only have a 3.9...they deserve a 5. They went above and beyond for our family today. I was having issues with my toilet draining and I called and talked to Audra and explained that I had an elderly mother and she instantly got someone to head out. Thank you...Luis and other man worked hard and fixed the issues. Took their time and cleaned up from the muddy mess of putting in a clean out. And the best of all, very reasonable...must use this company...

On a Friday night my tenant called stating that there was an unknown leak, she stated, it sounded like it was raining inside, and the ceiling in the living room was falling down. I was frantically calling emergency plumbers and I left a message with Plumb Smart (not expecting a call back). Within ten minutes I received a call back and within an hour the owner, Adam, was at my house! He was genuinely empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He immediately located the leak and arranged to have the repair made the next morning. He referred me to a restoration specialist, who is also awesome, and they were there the next day as well. Since I am out of town, he sent me photos of the damage, the repair and the cleanup. Adam communicated everything that was happening at my house and was super helpful. After the repair was made, the bill was incredibly reasonable. I have several rental properties and have dealt with many different plumbers but I have never had such a positive experience. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Update 9/20/2022:Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too!———————————————————-09/09/2022Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.
