This company is the BEST ever!! I have to recommend working with Steve in particular, he is just so knowledgeable, kind, and pays so much attention to detail. I was having issues with my AC and the company I worked with previously was awful and kept moving my appointment, so I was recommended to Air Today and I had an appointment with Steve that same day!! Talk about amazing customer service with such nice and caring people!! I had to get a new AC installed, and the techs that came were extremely professional and thorough with their work. Evenflow saved us on Xmas eve! We had used them previously for a home repair and called them when our pipe burst from the freeze. They estimated they’d be out a couple days after Xmas but they made it a few hours after I called on Xmas eve! They had all the parts ready and fixed the issue quickly. We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

Apartment complex used them, and they left the complex with almost no water pressure at all for an entire weekend. We had a leak across the complex, they came for an afternoon, and didnt fix the leak, and actually left it worse than when they got here. Before they got there, no water pressure issues. After they left, had maybe 30% water pressure across the complex and toilets and showers unusable. Dont use them. Look elsewhere. Regardless what the underlying issue is (ie., uncovered a worse leak underneath), you dont leave a place worse than how you found it when you got there.

I called Juan and he took care of a really bad problem that I had with my almost 80 year old house. He was quick to respond and fixed other problems that he found. Definitely my go to guy for plumbing issues. 5 stars all the way. Thank you!!
