Although the tech seemed very knowledgeable and they don't charge for consultation fees, we felt like the company was attempting to take advantage of us. To snake our drain pipe on a Friday, we were quoted $485. They told us, if we wait until Monday the price would be $175 as an inconvenience discount. I had no choice as we had family coming in for the weekend and agreed to the higher price. The tech said he needed a helper to complete it and that none were available. Maybe some good luck? I called around and had someone come out on a Saturday for the same price as their Monday quote.Maybe this tech was ready to start his weekend or Mr Rooter severely overcharges? I can't say one way or another but I know I won't be trying their services again.

Their staff was efficient, professional, and accommodating. Initially, I was scheduled two days out for an estimate but was called a day earlier when an opening came available. David, my service tech, arrived promptly and thoroughly explained the entire process. He quoted me a fair price and was not annoyed by my endless questions. He was absolutely AWSOME in every way. These guys were great, I would highly recommend them! They were here quickly- assessed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Both techs were very friendly, helpful and informative.

We called at 8 with water pouring out of our shower, so we turned off the water to the whole house. They said they'd be out by 9:30, called at 9:40 no one answered so I left a message. Called again at 10 was told plumber had difficulty at previous job couldn't show up until some time between 12-1, still no one shows up and no one calls, so we call again and they had pushed us back to 7:30 AM. All this waiting and no water and no call from them and they aren't willing to help they just say, well sorry. So much for 24 hour service or any service for that matter.

Joe came out with his apprentice and was very knowledgeable about our plumbing issue. He fixed our backed up drain very fast and diagnosed another larger issue that we didn’t know about. We’ll definitely use them again.

Used Juan’s Plumbing to have a brand new water heater installed a couple of years ago and again recently to have a part replaced on the same water heater. He helped get the part under the warranty and then installed it at a reasonable cost. From years ago I kept recommending him to other people I knew looking for a plumber and I will continue to do so.
