Everything about our service from Big City Plumbing was great. Dispatcher gave me a time and they were there on the dot. Our plumber Homer was professional and courteous. He gave me a quote and despite complications and having to work over an hour more than estimated he still stuck to the quoted price. They also came highly recommended by my entire family and they have definitely earned another customer.

Fred Noriega was my service tech. Had extremely low water pressure inside and outside. Showed up promptly and explained exactly what the problem was and gave a quick estimate. Replaced the main water pressure regulator and reserve tank on the water heater. Problem solved and estimate price didn't change. No extra this or that. Did an extremely professional job in a short amount of time. From now on any other plumbing or HVAC issues this is the company I will call. Hopefully it will be Mr. Noriega they send.. excellent job ?.

Be aware of this Co!!! they will give you a price before they start the job and then they will start telling you this and that (which should be part of the quote) needs to be fixed and we charge $$$ for it. at the end they will tell you parts were not included in the quote!!!. When was the last time parts were not included in a quote?? even their paper shows you parts are included they would deny it. NOT HONESTI recommended you to have everything in a writing contract with all the details listed if you are going to hire this Co. and fire them as soon as they start coming up with some BS.#BE AWARE

5 star but due to the recent freeze, inventory on many items was low. Not as low as big box but low. I'm sure it's back to normal by now.

The individuals that completed the work at our location were knowledgeable and polite. The work surface was cleared and clean both before and after their work, so there was nothing to obstruct their work which was completed within 30 minutes. The work required removal of two pvc pipes and replacing them with two brass pipes and 2 Angle or Straight Stop Valves. Easy install ... no problem.However, the charge for this service was excessive ... being $313.13.I asked for a quote on hooking up a faucet and connecting a dishwasher and almost fell over when it was announced the charge would be over $900.00 with a senior discount. The faucet and dishwasher together were half that cost.For this reason, we will not be calling your company anytime in the future.

The office manager called and tried to argue with me, raised his voice and accused me of lying. As you can see from other reviews, home warranty companies are using this company but if you call the home warranty company they will cover the issues.Outside of AHS or other home warranty companies the organization may be great, but the aggressiveness and level of vitriolic behavior from the office manager over a bad review portrays everything you need to know about my review.
