If you call Premier Plumbing be aware that sales guy will show up, not the plumber. We called them to un-clog a drain, Austin showed up and gave us a quote to clear the drain. He also gave us an estimate for installing a clear-out closer to the house - because he said there was not one near the house. We agreed to this. Upon installing the clear out, they ran a camara and found a cracked pipe under the the house. They gave us an estimate for the pipe repair. We also agreed to fix that.After a day of digging under the house, they said it would take more digging than expected and now wanted to charge $2,500 on top of the original pipe-repair estimate. Even if it was true that the needed to dig more, they are the ones who underestimated the work. In the process of working on the pipe issue, we found that it was a clear-out ACTUALLY close to the building that they overlooked. We asked them to not charge us for the additional clear-out because there was an existing one that they overlooked, they lied that they installed the clear-out due to the cracked pipe but in the original estimate they stated clear-out was needed due to proximity. They were not even aware of the cracked pipe when they quoted us for the clear-out. On top of all this, this is a multi-family home and they completely ignored safety concerns. they left the hole they were digging completely exposed. We called Austin on a Wednesday about these concerns and he promised to put something over the hole. We arrived Monday and nothing was done. Huge liability. Horribly over priced made comment about my LV purse then inflated call out price from $89 to $268 attempted to take advantage of me as a single female and charge me $9k when another plumber walked me through immediate fix by phone and then setup everything else for under $1000

My mother had a problem with her water pressure and Marc and his brother came out and changed their schedule to repair it right away. They were awesome and knowledgeable and explained everything to us before and during the repair. They went above and beyond any other company we previously dealt with. They are honest and reasonable on their prices. We will definitely be a customer for life.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
