Had a small leak somewhere in my plumbing and David and Rigo did an amazingly thorough job of checking all exterior areas of the plumbing prior to going through any drywall. They were kind, professional, and did a great job of explaining everything to me. While I really hope I never need a plumber ever again, I will unquestionably call City Base Plumbing for any future needs.

2-23-21 These fine gentlemen came and fixed my ruptured pipe in my ceiling a week after the infamous 2021 Texas freeze. They pinpointed the rupture within minutes of arriving and had it repaired within the hour. True professionals, I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know. Thank you so much.

I would never recommend Guarantee Plumbing. They charged $350 to unstop my mother's sink and then wanted another $2,700 to replace a drain line. The plumber was slow, piddled around and acted like he didn't know how to use a snake. She got the drain line replaced for $1,500.

I own a few rental properties in the San Antonio area. I don't have to think twice about who to call when it comes to plumbing because I know that when I call Mai Vu, it'll get done quickly for a fair price, and most importantly, done right the first time.Most recently, I had rental house whose sewer line had backed up and was not draining. A quick inspection found there were nearly 8 feet worth tree roots in the line... and we need to dig a 3x10x6 foot trench (that's 3 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 6 feet deep) in order to access the line. My stomach dropped. These are scary words that no homeowner wants to hear.Calmly and professionally, Don't worry Mr. Thomas, we can take care of this for you!And they did - About 2 days worth of work, and for a price that was extremely reasonable, we were back up and running.

Very impressed with Air Today. I called them out on Monday (12/6) to get a second opinion about our AC unit. Isidoro confirmed we needed a new unit, and he was able to get a discount to lower the price. They were able to get us in as soon as possible and discussed all the financing options in case we needed them. Mando and Jacob arrived this morning (12/8) to install it. They wore all the necessary protective equipment, and laid out cloths in the house to keep things clean. The hauled away all the old trash and cleaned up perfectly. They were very respectful and were able to actually correct things that were done incorrectly on the original unit install. Not only is the new unit installed correctly and working properly, it looks very neat and professional. Mando and Jacob did a fantastic job and I definitely recommend them!

I had a slab leak. They came and fixed my plumbing making sure I understood what was going on and all my options without trying to make me feel insecure and being a female that happens more often than not. They were very professional and did excellent work. I will use them in the future for any plumbing issues I have.

Edward and Joel came out and diagnose the problem easily to find a leak in my PVC pipe coming into my house. They are very professional and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision prior to giving me a quote on the repairs. I will definitely use this company again. Awesome service and quick response to emergency repair

Not only do they work on Sundays, they were prompt and friendly and helpful in making decisions when an unexpected emergency woke me early. Brian was awesome, and put up with me hanging around while he fixed the problem(s) that came up all at once.And for my annual checkup, Zach came out and discovered that my water softener had died, an unexpected cost but he was quick to get it fixed for me, as well as the annual service and checkup! Very happy with the times I've had service calls from here.

Repaired a leaky faucet, price was reasonable and work was quickly done. Will call All City Plumbing again for any future repairs if we ever need. Thank you for being honest!
