I have used J.C. Enriquez and Son for work on my last home and did not hesitate to contact them for repairs at our new place. I needed some fixtures/toilets updated and ADA devices installed in one of the bathrooms. Joey, third generation plumber of the business, came out to handle the job. He and his assistant professionally installed the ADA devices with proper bracing and patched the cuts made in the sheetrock. Additionally, the toilets and fixtures he replaced worked perfectly after completion of the job. There were also a few other things that needed to be fixed, which were repaired with no issues. As compared to other plumbing services, they are priced right. They are a family owned/operated company that has the equipment and experience to get any job done.

On 6/17/20, Joe Gomez performed an annual maintenance check on my two AC units. (I purchased both of them from Aramendia a few years ago.) Joe was very thorough, explaining to me what he was doing, how he was doing it and why he was doing it. Excellent people skills! I have used Aramendia for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs for the past 10 years and have been very satisfied with their pricing and the quality of their service.

They discussed several plumbing areas I should look into and suggested I sign up for the warranty plan. They were very informative and helpful, I signed up for the Goettl plan. Their staff is always very friendly from the minute they first answer the phone. I have had a few different service guys over the years and they have always been very nice and explain everything so I can understand it. The issues are always fixed and Price was reasonable. This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.
