To my surprise they were available the next day (Sunday)! The tech, Mark H., was right on time. Very courteous and professional. I had a leak happen in a 20yr old house that was unexpected and I was told by a former employee from them to use them and they went above and beyond and I hope to have water back and running soon and removed my old water softener I never used since it had been stagnate for years before me.

Recently, I have relied on Guarantee Plumbing and AC, Inc. to perform some plumbing work, appliance installation and clogged sewer main. In both instances, the professional staff did excellent work for a reasonable price. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were punctual. We came home from vacation to our AC unit leaking water inside the attic, draining into the bathroom sink, and outside the house from the AC pipe. We called several AC businesses but most were of no help. Goettl was able to come out within a few hours notice and fix the issue. Josue was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend and use them again.

I was referred by a colleague. my ac wasnt cooling properly, i had two gentlemen come out and they got my ac working the same day. Brandan and erik were polite and did an awesome job. Glad i called air today, great service and professional employees.

Plumbing problem found and fixed. Good plumber did the job with knowledge and good conversation. Total about 2 hours. Saturday appointment. Highly recommend, but they all (plumbing comp.) need to lower the prices on some job situations. Found the break quickly, after I moved the railroad tie.... just under $1100.00 to fix. But such is the situation.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.
