Woke up to hissing noise and water leaking everywhere. Left a message after hours and they responded 2 minutes after they opened at 8am. Came within the allotted window, then told me what we needed. We went and got what we needed from Lowe’s and they came back the same day and everything is now fixed. We’re super nice on the phone and in person. This was my first need for a plumber as a homeowner and now they’re who I will be calling for the duration that I own this home.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

The service tech was friendly and quite knowledgeable about the unit. Went above and beyond to maintain cleanliness in his area. Great job. I originally inherited the service through integrity Ar who had a very much a lacking of integrity never was coming to service the unit after selling my 75-year-old mother her maintenance plan. The performance agent strip the AC down to his bones and thoroughly cleaned the unit without making any mess even fixing some of the small details about installation. By the way which only occurs a year ago costing me $8000. Thank you performance for restoring the integrity in the business and wish you overture.

Called twice, spoke to receptionist each time, but no one called back to set up a service appointment.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Contacted Everyday Plumber to look at my water heater. They scheduled a technician (Ryan Chapman) to come out within 3 hours of my call. Here arrived on the front in of the time schedule was courteous and knew what he was doing. Will definitely use them again.

The owner is completely rude. Cut me off in traffic so I called the number on the truck and proceeded to tell me how I was in the wrong because of a sticker on my car then hung up on me. If you can’t have a professional phone call to admit you were in the wrong for USING NO TURN SIGNAL then you can’t run a professional Buisness. Simple.
