Run from this company! They are supposedly a Lennox dealer so we called them when our air conditioner was not working properly which has two more years on the warranty. As a Lennox dealer you would think they would stand behind the warranty and help the customer get the unit fixed. Not this company! They don't care as the technician stated that he works for Fast of Florida, not Lennox. Funny, you sure advertise on your website how you are a Lennox dealer and the only reason why I contacted this company for help. He arrived without a ladder and I had to provide that for him...really? I should have known right there that something wasn't quite right. After 45 minutes, the tech came back to me with a price of $1,500 to fix the unit and then had the nerve to suggest we just buy a new unit. Talk about upselling and taking advantage. Don't waste your time with this company!

Christian S. did a wonderful job in a very timely manner with my routine HCAC maintenance. I am very pleased. He took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of the system and made numerous suggestions for system operation and upkeep between maintenance visits. All of the technicians are exemplary but I look forward to my next visit from Christian S.

Have had good experience with this company. When one of their workmen installed something wrong we were sent Marvin to repair mistake and he has worked on our unit since then. He is very knowledgeable and we wouldn’t have anyone else.
