I had water in my water heater pan (new water heater!) so called Fast of Florida to find the cause of the leak and fix it. They scheduled appointment fast. My technician Jasil (JP) was very professional, located the cause of the leak very fast, fixed it and took time to ensure that it’s truly fixed. He also patiently explained to me the issue and what he did to fix it. He also was great to explain all pricing options and answer all my questions.

So, around 8 months ago, I found a door knocker on my door and I happened to needed electrical work done so I called. A friendly voice told me when they could come estimate the job. When my tech got there, he took lots of pictures and sent them back to the office. I ask him if he was an electrician and he said “no”, I’m just taking pictures??. After a long talk with his office contact, he gave the phone to me and some guy tells me that the price would be $2,200 for the work. I told him I would get 2 more estimates and he said: “other companies might leave you without power for 24 hours & we have a warranty & he tried to pressure me”. I thanked him but I knew the price was excessive. The work in question was splicing 2 line wires and running two 3 foot load wires from the panel to the meter……about one hours work.The other 2 estimates from licensed electricians were $400 & $250. The lower priced man came and did the job in 22 minutes. I clocked him then I called Duke who turned my power back on in 1 hour a total of 1:45 without power.If I do the math Performance would have charged exactly $100 per minute. I will leave it up to the reader to make their own conclusions about this company.————————I wrote a letter to the owner but heard nothing. Yesterday, after 8 months, I received a call by a sales person to respond to my review. She offered no apology just wanted to sell me more. Her offer was to send a team out twice in the next year to inspect my AC. I inquired if this would be free. She said: “Oh no it would not be free”. These people just never quit. How do these “scammers” stay in business?The culture of integrity & honesty of a company comes from the top down……nothing more needs to be said.

I paid 11K for a new AC. Midway Services destroyed my hardwood floors(reimbursed), charged me 2K for a wire I didn't need (reimbursed), spilled sealant all over our carpets(reimbursed), and improperly installed the AC causing an air leak in the Plenum, leading to massive amounts of mold and water damage (Not reimbursed), improperly installed AC Unit causing an electrical fire(reimbursed).The installer they sent for the 11K job was the managers brother who was a car salesman just 2 months earlier.Midway has came back out to fix the fire damage and the mold water damage from the Plenum Leak. However, they never fixed or resealed the plenum. The just covered up the exterior so the mold wouldn't reappear for several months. Today the mold is back with a vengeance and behind the scenes this whole time water has been condensing around the numerous leaks causing massive damages to our home.

Austin has been at our home twice this week for a variety of plumbing needs. He’s the best we’ve ever. Had and we’ve owned homes for 45 years. He’s prompt,efficient, effective, professional, cordial and most of all very skilled. He does more in a half day than others do in a full day. h

Mike was great to work with! He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very respectful of our home and time. We have more projects lined up for him in the future!

Home Depot ordered the wrong garage door, the installer made some excuse that they would replace it with the right garage door ordered, 3 month later nothing was done
plus the installers stole item out of the garage. Nothing was supervised ...

Excellent service from my initial call to AC installation. Talon, the sales consultant and Bob the installer were great. My 15-yr old AC crashed on Saturday night and ABC had a new one installed on Monday. I highly recommend ABC Plumbing & Air.
