Technician called 30 minutes ahead to alert arrival. Tech was professional, courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. The system was quickly repaired. The area was left clean and neat. No charge due to service contract on file.

Dawson did a great job repairing our ac unit. We look forward to having him back for service the next time .He was very professional and polite also.

Got home from out of town to find a gushing water heater. Called Midway services and they sent Zach to the rescue in no time. He was super friendly and did a great job of setting me up with a new tankless water heater. His pride in doing a great job shows through. Couldn't be more pleased. Josh called ahead, arrived on time, and did a thorough plumbing inspection. He put on floor protectors over his shoes when working inside the house. He recorded results, made recommendations and left me copies of his report documents. Very professional.

Kyle was very professional and helpful when discussing our damaged water heater. He gave us options to either repair or replace. He was very clear with information and demonstration. While he was there we decided to have a shower remodel (from tub to walk-in) and have all hardware replaced. It was great knowing we could use 'one-stop shopping' for many other fixes we may need. Kyle gave us a very good 'bundle' deal which made us very happy. We are going to sign up for the annual maintenance program, which is also another very good deal, to keep our A/C and other home services in tip-top shape.
