The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

The best in the area. Came home from vacation to a leaking shut off valve outside of house. Called Romo and he let me know what might be issue and how to remedy it. His advice was correct. Could have easily sent someone and charged whatever the charge and it being a very simple fix. Tells you a lot about what kind of people are running this company.
Very grateful for him and will my go to for any plumbing issue. I will definitely refer Romo to anyone after this great experience. Thank you Romo.

Best Around! Very timely and professional

I found this company by doing a Google search. It was almost 5:00 when I called and no one answered, luckily before I could dial the next place Joe called me back. I told him my situation and we scheduled a time for the next day. The 2 people who came out were able to find the gas leak in my attic and quickly get it resolved. The total bill was a very reasonable amount as well. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future needs. Thanks you! Kim Pierce

*** NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT OR CALLED BACK *** Scheduled an appointment for 1/4 at least 3 weeks ago. I have a small leak in my kitchen. On 12/23, I called and left a message for a water heater issue but went with someone else due to urgency. Cesar called me back and I told him I had someone else but I confirmed the 1/4 appointment. On 1/4, I called and left two messages prior to 10a regarding the appointment and arrival time (scheduled for 8a-10a). No response and never showed up!

Fixed what needed to be fixed without over charging. Highly recommend
