He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. The best in the area. Came home from vacation to a leaking shut off valve outside of house. Called Romo and he let me know what might be issue and how to remedy it. His advice was correct. Could have easily sent someone and charged whatever the charge and it being a very simple fix. Tells you a lot about what kind of people are running this company.
Very grateful for him and will my go to for any plumbing issue. I will definitely refer Romo to anyone after this great experience. Thank you Romo.

Chase the person answering phones is very rude and I did not even get past the first 30 seconds of the phone call. He answers the phone mumbling his name and then gets rude when I asked him what his name was and the conversation just went downhill from there. If you can't answer the phone with some professionalism then I am not going to employ you to do some work for me. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Chase is probably in the wrong line of work as I was expecting someone with some Sunshine to answer the phone and help me out. Very disappointed in Chase and the lack of sunshine today. I hope the owners read this and coach this young man on how he losing business for the company.

Joe was fantastic. Our shower knob broke and Joe came out the same day we called him! He was quick to respond and quick to fix the shower. He was in and out in about an hour. We will be using him for all our future plumbing needs.
