Best Septic System Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

This company is by far the best I have worked with. They were extremely helpful in solving my immediate problem with my hot water heater. They arrived when the said they would, they were extremely clean; no mess in the home, very professional, very efficient, and offered helpful hints for all life prolonging things to do for extending my other plumbing in the house. I would highly recommend them and it also is great to support our local businesses.

I was having multiple issues that I had called multiple companies to come out for, each time it seemed as if i was back to square one. I called tampa bay plumbing after talking to a co worker about the problem and being recommended. They sent Payne out who arrived right on time if not a few minutes early. I talked with him in detail about the issues I was having and he seemed to have the proper knowledge and training to handle the job but because of recent past experiences I was still skeptical. I sat back and let him get to work. He got done quicker than any of the previous companies and when I seen the bill had a surprisingly better price! Highly recommend, have had no issues since.

I am soooo behind in writing this review. I called Graywater 5 years ago, for the first time. My son had hit a hose bib on the side of the house and bent it and/or broke it. I can't remember. Jeremy came out (don't remember how I found Graywater), but it was the best decision. He gave me a quote for the job, not a well it could take this many hours and this is the rate per hour. I much prefer a price. Graywater has been out to our house a few more times since then, but not Jeremy....they have grown, which I am so happy to hear! I refer Graywater to my friends and neighbors ALL. THE. TIME. I literally just passed their info out prior to this review, hence why I am here typing this. So happy to hear of the growth in this small business. :)

Plumber Raif Bixhuli was kind, knowledgeable, and fixed a clogged main sewer line and also a leaky kitchen sink AND installed a turn-off valve in record time. All works nicely. He lefts things clean.

I worked with David C. and Tyler. I have never had such professional service from any other plumbing services, NEVER! SO APPRECIATE THAT THEY WEAR SHOE COVERS. Kyle and Bob were very helpful in finding the issue and gave a quick resolution to the issue along with finding an issue that may have become bigger than what it currently was and have that resolved for us. They explained to us what the issue was and how the issue was going to be resolved and were very personable. I would recommend for new customers and future repairs, if needed, for ourselves as well.

I always call Rooter-man for any issues I have, my most recent being my garbage disposal smoking 😱😱😱 They were fast to get to my house and were great at installing and making sure the new one I really needed was working! All at an affordable price! I wouldn’t expect anything less they are just the best!!! Thank you a million! I’ve previously used them for my leaking bathroom sink and toilet when I bought my house and again when my water softener started leaking!
