He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I understood there was a $30 service fee which was okay. I told them over the phone I had slow drainage in my tub but they would not give me an estimate over the phone. The technician came out turned on the tub and saw it was slow. Then said it would be $286 to fix it. We have had this done before and it was about $100. This place is way too over priced. I paid the tech $30 to turn on the water and tell me an outrageous price and leave. More transparency would have been helpful with making an informed decision.

They came and fixed a gas regulator for my water heater and stove. Handled it in 30 minutes. Price was fair. I have hot water and a working stove again. I’m a happy customer. The technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. Good company.

Old pipe needed replacing .Techs David and Gregory got to our location at time expected took care of digging out old pipe and replaced with new put area back together and cleaned up the area. Would highly recommend!
