I have used Romo's Plumbing twice now on our new house and they have been fantastic! We had an issue with our tenant's water pressure and there was someone out the next morning right on time, found and fixed the issue, all within an hour. We also used them for a tankless water heater installation and they were great. Romo and his crew truly do amazing work and are so friendly and professional, we won't be calling anyone else but Romo's!

He gave me a quote verbally of, $2,150. IF, I dug the 95 ft. Trench. Which I did. Day of installation. They said. NOW ITS MORE MONEY. You, have to buy materials WHAT??? Not a word at quote time, about materials. No Thanks! Unscrupulous business practices, belong in the garbage.

McGill comes through again! I needed to replace a toilet, and already have too many projects going. Instead, I called McGill for some pricing, did a little homework on the product they recommended, and had a new toilet installed the next morning. Thank you! I could have saved a little by doing it myself, but sometimes it's worth the money to have a job done professionally. I needed the shut off valve replaced as well, and didn't want to tackle that one. Back for another 5 STAR review! Dalton and team came out within minutes when I encountered some shower issues. They worked with my tile guy after a demo to replace the shower pan, some rotten wood and some pipes. They worked into the weekend to help get the job done in time for our guests to arrive. The professionalism and responsiveness of Dalton and team are unmatched!

I had always used Scotto's Plumbing (since 1998) until they sent 2 people out who (well let's just say they didn't think thru what they were doing). I had to end up repairing what they were attempting to do. Nothing a novice plumber couldn't do. Attach a drain seal in the shower. They had put a hex head screw in one of the two holes. Nearly anyone would look at that and know that wasn't going to do nothing but tear up your feet as you try to move around the shower. I ended up replacing the screw that fit flux with the drain. Anyway, I stopped using them for some time. When my water heater went out, I decided to give them another try but only if they didn't send the last two plumbers??? out. The two that did show up were very personable, professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. The heater looks great plus I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job. As long as I continue to get that kind of service from them then Scotto's will be my plumbing company from now on.
