The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

First the young man who came to my home was a true gentleman. This is why a gave a 1 star review. I would have left a zero if not. I have a gas fired Rinnia tankless hot water heater. When he came he told me he has never worked on one of these before but he will look at it and “phone a friend” for help. I had an idea the transformer was defective and he tested the system and agreed. After phone calls made he said the part wasn’t available but he would install a new unit for $1800.00. I said no thank you, looked up the part number on the internet and found one in downtown Clearwater. And to top it off he charged me $50.00 for nothing. Totally unqualified to repair this kind of unit. I could not recommend this business to anyone.
Responding to your response. This is an 11 year old heater, not 14. Second, your technician did NOT diagnose the PC board as defective. Actually he went to another job sight and picked up a controller to see if that was bad. He never touched the PC board. After he told me he never as worked on one of these units I was skeptical so I was with him while he looked at it. I did find the transformer locally and replaced it and you are correct it didn’t fix it. I did call another plumbing company for a trained Rannai technician could fully diagnose this. He showed me how the PC board should be tested. The board has been discontinued so the unit had to be replaced. He quoted me the price for an exact replacement to what we have. The quote was $400.00 less than your quote so I don’t understand why you would say a “cheaper” unit. Shameful representation of your company.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!! We have had technicians, Rich and John here to handle an emergency. They came out after 6pm within an hour, diagnosed the problem and made appropriate arrangements to return the next day to fix the blockage. It was determined that the problem was the responsibility of the City. They contacted the utilities department at the city, who sent the emergency squad out. The techs met with the city and verified the issue was theirs. They were able to proceed with the agreed upon service and it was completed satisfactorily. Was have had several plumbing problems due to the age of the home and Mr. Rooter has provided excellent and timely service. I recommend becoming an Advantage customer which has saved us on our plumbing repairs. We will remain customers!

Not a professional and very difficult to work with. We purchased a house after he replaced the water heater. When we moved in the water heater was leaking so he came out and “fixed” it, but it continues to leak. Then for 2 months he would not return our phone calls. Now he finally answered our calls, but he tells us that in order to fix the leak it needs something that will cost us money even though his work and the water heater should be under warranty. This guy will not stand behind his work. Oh and when I asked him why he needed to do the “fix” he is proposing he just called me an F’ing idiot and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone.
