I Find Leaks was referred by our plumbing company. We had a higher than average water bill and I noticed our meter was turning when there was no water being used. Tyler came and found our leak within 30 minutes - a galvanized hot water line in the crawl space. He explained what precautions to take prior to the arrival of the plumber. Furthermore, he even called our plumber to brief them of our situation. Happy with the results and would be willing to use I Find Leaks in the future.

Called them @ 10 PM on a Sunday night with emergency plumbing leak. They were out within the hour, fixed leak, and price was reasonable.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Mr Rooter is the 4th company I called. They were excellent. They replaced my sump pump whose purpose is to pump rain water that accumulates from the backyard to the road. John M was prompt, knowledgeable, and hard working plus clear with pricing. Highly recommend.

Not good, He was a salesman, said could get the shower repaired through insurance at no cost. I'm not interested in ripping off insurance companies for dubious claims as some roofing companies are/were doing with roofs also said he would email a quote to get it repaired, he did not.

I had a brand new faucet installed and a change of the pipe under sink. I am so angry!!!!!!!! The time for the installation was 2 3/4 hours, which was ridiculous.. My bill came to $541.98 and I find that absolute thievery. I would NEVER use this greedy company again Even a fuel charge of $20.00 after a service charge to come out of $75.00 . Disgusting !!!!
