The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I called Romo's Plumbing for some plumbing services today. From my first call and through the entire process, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The women that answered my call, and took down my details, had great customer service skills, and made my call feel welcomed. Romo called me shortly thereafter, to confirm my details of my needs, he was very customer focused and friendly, he gave me a estimated price for diagnosis, and a technician was out within a few hours to assess my needs. Zach was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of his assessment and recommended a plan of action.. The cost was fair and everything was done super quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Customer service was excellent. They made me feel like a family member and not just a customer or client.

Charles is amazing!!! He does a great job for a very reasonable price. Not only that, but he is very honest about whether something needs to be done and doesn’t push any unnecessary services. We have really appreciated how trustworthy he is and use him for any plumbing issue we have.

I live in a senior apartment complex that will not put money towards a permanent solution in fixing the kitchen sink that backs up/floods from other residents. Thus far I have stayed up twice (all nite) emptying the back-up to prevent my apartment from flooding. Terrell came out from All Seasons Plumbing and installed a 'Back-Flow Preventer'. It was money spent out of my own pocket, but I now have 'peace of mind' that I have control of the next time the pipes get clogged. Was given a discount and service was both professional and prompt. Showed up on time, communication was on point and made fast work of a problem I tried to tackle myself first. Clean , professional and polite. Explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost before doing the job. So fast we were able to enjoy the boat. Thank you Corey snd Noah.

We noticed a leak under the toilet and water sitting in the shower in one of the bathrooms. We got put on the calendar for the next business weekday. Of course, the 2nd bathroom toilet then started to clog and the shower in that bathroom started to have standing water come Saturday morning. Called at 8:45 am and both bathrooms were functional by 10am. The Technician Mark was very professional and courteous. He gave us some great follow up instructions and recommendations. Although we did need to seek emergency services this go around, we feel the amount we paid for the services rendered were of great value. Happy to support a local Largo company. We will use them again for any future plumbing issues or projects.

Dalton and his team installed a Hydro Rail shower system for us today. Dalton is a very professional, organized and knowledgeable plumber. He completed the job on time and we were charged exactly what he originally quoted. We will call Holder Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.
