They installed a mini-split (they recommended out of the ones we researched) and now claim to have nobody to service it since they are not dealers of the mini-split. Also, the repairman who came out for service kept saying FAST wasn't going to try to haggle with Chinese banks, which is an odd thing to say.

Jeremy installed the unit showing me everything from the components that were bad in my old unit to how efficient my new unit was going to be. He listened to my requests and performed. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and the process was done with ease! I am glad I found a company for all my ac, plumbing and electrical needs that I trust!

Ethan was prompt, professional and a really knowledgeable nice person. He was here for a seasonal check of the AC system. He explained his gage readings and discovered the freon lvls were low. He charged the system and verified all was reading/working properly before leaving. I was pleased with his knowledge and work ethic. I would recommend him as an excellent service technician.
