Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

This is the second time using Performance AC to fix a tub drain that was just recently done by a previous licensed individual and resulted a flood. Cheap but bad service

I woke up to a shower that was slow to drain, and when I the toilet flushed, it was backing up into the shower. My house is 60+ years old and has cast iron drain lines, and knew that was probably the issue. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent Scott out within 45 minutes. He was very professional and was able to clean my lines as best as could be done with the equipment he had. The line was then scoped, and needs to be fully scraped because of the scaling occurring on the j side of the pipe. I just can’t thank them enough for getting out so quickly and getting the drain cleared!

This is my second experience with Apex. Yesterday in an emergency situation they were at my house within an hour and got the job done! Extremely helpful and reasonable especially it being a hurricane. Austin was awesome! And I will definitely be using them again! Thank you Apex! You are life savers and I appreciate you!

This morning I went to plant a tree and wound up busting the spigot at the front of my house. After a bit of frustrated tinkering myself, I called a professional. James and Joe arrived within 15 minutes of my call and finished the job beautifully within an hour. I'm very happy with the service The price was well worth it for me not to have to do it. It would have taken me all day and several trips to the hardware store.
I won't hesitate to use them in the future.
