Jonathan was polite, friendly and on time. He treated his customer respectfully and provided quality services. Hope the company values their employees as well and treat them well, if they are on call they should be paid double like other professional ( ie. healthcare workers get double pay when they are on call). This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

A+ service! I’ve had plumbing issues with my toilet for months. I finally gave in and called the Pro’s! I heard about Apex through a neighbor and I trusted that I was in good hands!! Let me start with how nice Alex was, she made my appointment for me and scheduled me for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. The techs Kyle C. & Mark N., showed up on time… they were polite, professional and very informative on what was going on with my toilet. These guys are true pro’s! They identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. I would also like to point out that they cleaned up after them selves! Bonus points for that! I definitely recommend Apex if you’re having any plumbing issues. The prices were very affordable!
